If you have been to the clinic previously and you have had treatment, in which you were given verbal advice on what you should be doing at home to help with your rehabilitation issues and you want more advice at home, or maybe you have forgotten what was said, then this aftercare is what you need next?

Clicking the button below and filling out your details will allow the clinician to be aware that you require some assistance with regards to your post-consultation rehabilitation needs. You will have the choice of a One Time Purchase of your prescriptions, where you will be issued with the exercises with no follow ups to your Home Program? You can also purchase a One Month Subscription, where you will be given your exercise videos, decriptions and advice on how to perform your exercises. However, with this option, you will be able to provide feedback to the clinic by entering your pain levels and how difficult you found the exercises given. This will be reviewed each Friday of the month and then new exercises will be given to you to perform, therefore giving you the opportunity to improve your rehabilitation development as the month goes on?
