At Werx Care, we don’t just mask headache symptoms — we treat the underlying causes. Our Headache Therapy sessions are tailored to help reduce the intensity, frequency, and duration of headaches caused by muscular tension, postural issues, jaw dysfunction, and restricted mobility in the upper spine and neck.

  • Cervical and thoracic spinal articulations to restore mobility and reduce neural tension
  • Trigger point therapy and deep tissue work across the neck, shoulders, and upper back
  • Myofascial release targeting tension patterns that refer pain into the head or eyes

What To Bring & Know?

  • Wear loose, easy-to-move-in clothing — we may be adjusting limbs or testing movement.
  • Hydrate before and after — particularly important when working with fascia and joints.
  • Be open about how your body is responding — we’ll adjust techniques based on real-time feedback.
  • You might feel like you've had a workout — and that’s a good thing. Soreness can happen after deeper or more technical work, but it should subside in 24–48 hours.
