So, let's say, you have had your initial consultation, your treatment and perhaps a few follow up treatments. But, you are getting a little frustrated that your rehabilitation is not going a quickly as you might of hoped? That's is where the exercise and nutrition prescriptions can really help speed things up for you.

It is normal for your clinician to suggest some exercise's that you can do at home at the end of your consultation. However, having extensive knowledge in the specific types of exercise and how to complete the exercise will really help you make a much faster recovery. We can put together a customised training programme, taking into account your goals and setting realistic targets for you to achieve along the way. We can even look at your diet and make suggestions and modifications to allow your body to get optimum nutrition to coincide with the training and rehabilitation programme to get you back to where you want to be again.

However, with this option, you will be able to provide feedback to the clinic by entering your pain levels and how difficult you found the exercises given. This will be reviewed each Friday of the month and then new exercises will be given to you to perform, therefore giving you the opportunity to improve your rehabilitation development as the month goes on?

The difference with this purchase is that we will monitor your progress with your prescription, which allows you to provide feedback through the dedicated app that we use for this service. Your feedback is important to your continued rehabilitation. We in turn will change the exercises given to suit your needs and adapt your prescription to speed up your recovery.
