If you have purchased your exercise prescriptions already then this is were you can access your exercises and begin you journey to rehabilitation. Hit the login button below, you will then be taken to the access panel, where you can type in your username (email address) and password, then you can view the exercise videos, pictures and explanations of how you go about completing you exercises. Upon completing your exercises, you can provide us with feedback on how difficult you found the program and also what your pain levels were like during your session. That way, depending on your type of subscription, you can get regular feedback from the clinician on a weekly basis with changes made to the prescriptions given?

If you haven't purchased your exercise prescriptions as of yet, then you will need to complete some paperwork first and that way the clinician can design a program specific for you and your rehabilitation needs. If you would like to purchase a program, then you can do so by clicking on the purchase button below, of which takes you through to our telehealth page, where you can select either, telephone, zoom or digital (online paperwork) as a way of providing the clinican with all the necessary details about your condition?
