1. Firstly, give us a call, on our dedicated Emergency Contact Number (ECN) 01603 334747. You will be welcomed by a voicemail, of which will ask you 5 important questions that you need to answer. These answers will determine the extent of your emergency and allow us to prioritise the necessary time for you treatment session.

2. We endeavour to get back to you within a couple of hours from the time of your call and voicemail message? We will get back in touch with you via email and text message (it is important that you leave these along with your full name when leaving the voicemail on the ECN). If however, you feel that this duration is too long, by all means, feel free to contact your local walk in centre, or you can visit Accident & Emergency at the hospital.

3. Please note that we do not offer any type of medication for your symptoms or as part of our treatment. Our services are purly manipulative medicine, musculoskeletal, neuroplastic and patient centred, post treatment exercise prescriptions.

4. Please bring a list of medication with you, any x-rays or radiographer reports you may have (dont worry if you havent got these as we will conduct tests anyway). It may also be worthwhile coming in an older pair of shoes so that we can see what the wear pattern is like on the sole and therefore establish your gait analysis from your walking pattern.

5. We use a whole variety of different treatments during your appointment time, but at all time, we constantly explain everything to you with the benefits and reasoning behind the choice of treatment modality. After your treatment we offer a follow up appointment and explain what you can do at home to help increase your range of motion, increase blood flow and exercise prescriptions of what you need to do to benefit your rehabilitation prior to your next session.

We encourage you to ask any questions prior to your visit so that you feel relaxed during your appointment time and therefore benefit from the treatment modality offered during that session.
