The Werx Clinic wants to give all of our customers access to all levels of our healtcare capabilities. The way we do this is to allow you to book in yourself, online, where you can select yourself what day and time you would like to have your appointment. This gives you full access to the clinician's online diary where you can see the full range of timeslots available for all different types of treatments, whether you are a new patient or a current one? Alternatively, you can contact us and arrange a date and time to come to see the clinician via email, SMS or social media?

We then have a waitling list/cancellation list to which our customers can join of their own accord by visiting our Cancellation List page and requesting to join (answering a few simple questions) and then if a space become's available, you can request that slot on a first come, first served basis?

Alternatively, you can use our priority booking, in which you can request an appointment at short notice. This is where we would have a cancellation and if a patient requests an urgent appointment, they pay for the premium of the priority booking, ahead of other customers. Therefore, allowing you to get treatment much quicker than perhaps you would have normally waited for your booked appointment. We respectfully ask customers to be aware of others needs, as in, the urgent appointments are for patients that are in a high degree of pain and have exhausted other methods (such as medication, home stretching and or perhaps massages given at home by a family member or even a massage therapist, but with no pain alleviation?). Urgent appointments are during our clinicial hours of service including our out of hours times (8am on Mondays, 7am, 8am on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 11am on Friday), however, if you would require an appointment outside of this time frame, then we offer Emergency Appointment’s of which allows you to be seen at weekends and outside of our clinical hours.
