Although, as of the 19th July 2022, more freedom will be granted in the UK, here at The Werx Clinic we will continue with our current COVID-19 strategy. At this present time, we feel that the safety of customers and staff is paramount and the current protocols for customers visiting the clinic will remain in place, until further notice. Therefore, our company risk assessment is in accordance to the Health & Safety Executive and Guidance for Infection Diseases, so we will have the following in place for the forseeable future.

Preventative Measures
Could all customers visiting The Werx Clinic, follow the guidance below, when visiting the clinic for your treatment:

1. You will be emailed 24 hours prior to your appointment. The email will ask if you have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, if you do, we request that you stay at home, for the safety of the staff and the customers that follow you in to the clinic environment.

2. Please come wearing a mask to your appointment.

3. Use the sanitiser found at the entrance to the clinic premises.

4. Maintain social distancing where possible.

5. Our Staff will wear clinical masks during your entire treatment period, to ensure your safety.

6. We will wipe down surfaces that you have touch or have been used on you as part of the treatment.

7. We will also ventilate our treatment room as much as we can during and after your treatment, to allow a generous air flow through the clinic.
