Our aim is to engage the community and encourage both a healthy mind and body as well as actively promoting prevention from injury and disease. We know that people live very busy lifestyles, we know that finding time to look after yourself comes at a cost. Therefore, we want to offer the public a service, that can help individuals keep on top of their injury worries, without interrupting their schedule and without breaking the bank. Rest assured, the clinician has over twenty two years of educational expertise as well as a decade of senior lecturing around the subject of health, disease, injury and prevention. So needless to say, you are in safe, knowledgeable and experienced hands.

Telephone Consultation

Would you like to speak to our clinician about the nature of your problem over the telephone? This will involve a 10 minute consultation where you will be asked lots of questions and then a diagnosis will be made and exercises given using our innovative new exercise prescription software?

Zoom Consultation

Zoom consultations are the next best thing for those that can't make a one to one appointment. You may be asked to perform certain movements with the assistance of someone else in your house (if they are available), whilst under the clinicians guidance. They are 15 minutes in duration and you will be prescribed exercises using out latest software innovation, to aid in your rehabilitation.

Digital Appointment

If you are a busy person and find that you don't have time for a face to face, telephone or zoom consultation, then this is probably the only option availabile for you? Simply book your digital appointment online, you will then get sent paperwork which you fill out online, then hit send. Our clinician will then send you the rehabilitation exercises needed directly to you in your own armchair!
