Book your telehealth consultation?

So, its basically a health interview over the telephone. You book your appointment with us, using our innovative booking system, we then call you back at the time of your appointment and discuss your musculoskeletal issues. We will ask about your previous health history and ask you questions pertinent to your symptoms. After this, we then issue you via email an array of different exercises to try at home to help with your condition. What makes us different to similar services like this, is that we use a very advance system in which, you can choose, pictures and wording to explain the exercises, or you can simply, in the click of a button, access videos of how to perform the exercises, so that you do not miss out on crucial information on how to complete the program provided.

So, what to do now and how it works at The Werx Clinic?
If time is tight and you can't get out of work or you have a busy schedule and you would sooner try our telehealth appointments, then below is how you go about doing so?

1. So, firstly, you need to book your appointment. This is quite straight forward, all you need to do is click the button below and it will take you through to our booking system. Select your date and time for your telehealth appointment, fill in your full name, email address, mobile phone number, landline number and the nature of your problem you wish addressing.

2. You will be asked at this point to read and understand our terms and conditions and click a couple of tick boxes regarding GDPR and the use of your details, as well as understanding our "Non-Attendance & Cancellations Policy".

3. You will get a SMS message sent to your mobile phone and an email to your inbox, confirming the booking details and providing you with information regarding your appointment. So please have a good look through your confirmation information to make sure that you are booked in for the correct appointment?

4. Think ahead of your appointment and start to jot down things that you feel are important to you to discuss and that you feel will help us make a diagnosis to your problem. Telehealth appointments are 10 minutes in duration and so the pace of the conversation will need to be set at the beginning to get all of the information across from yourself and the clinician to be able to provide you with the correct exercises to help with your situation.

5. At the end of the appointment, you will be provided with a series of exercises, in which you can either download an app to help keep the exercises in your phone and in your pocket? Or, you can simply have the exercises emailed across to your inbox for you to follow at home at your own leisure. All exercises have picture/diagrams and videos on how to complete them, so as to eliminate any confusion.

We then encourage you to contact us again with in a specific time frame and then we can see what other options are available to help further with returning you back to normal and decreasing your pain levels.
