Vouchers For Those You Care About The Most

At The Werx Clinic, we like to offer an open door policy with regards to the ability of our customers being able to get in contact with us, 24/7. We offer all type of methods to contact us, from Social Media, Text Message, WhatsApp, even the old fashioned methods of Email and Telephone calls. Telephone calls cannot always be answered, so please do leave a voicemail with your full name, email address and mobile number, that way it gives us options of a suitable way to reply to you with regards to your enquiry (plus with those details given to us, we can use them to book you in for an appointment, if required). You can send us a message at any time of the day or night, if we are available, we will of course reply, however, like you, we like to have our own downtime too, so, sometime, we may take up to 24-48 hours to reply to some of your messages. If we are away on annual leave, you will most likely get an automated response to let you know we are not at work. When this happens, you will get a full response when we are either able to reply whilst on holiday, or once we return from our annual leave.

Types Of Communications From Us
When you supply your contact details to The Werx Clinic / Myowerx Group Ltd they are stored and used for 5 reasons:

1. To enable us to book you in with our booking system. The booking system will send you a text and email confirming your booking, as well as a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment (this is done to reduce the amount of no-shows, and allow customers to be aware of our Cancellation Policy).

2. Sending you and emails with critical information about your appointment, before you arrival.

3. Requesting electronic paperwork be signed prior to your arrival, therefore saving time when you get here, so that more time can be focused on your treatment, rather that paperwork.

4. Allow two way communication regarding your appointments, such as changes to date and times of appointments or even possibly cancellations of your booked sessions.

5. From time to time we send out information regarding offers we think are suitable for you as an individual, as well as exciting new changes to the company that we think you will be interested in. You have nothing to worry about, we are duty bound to keep your information private and so, none of your contact details are given our to anyone else or any third party companies, not associated with The Werx Clinic / Myowerx Group Ltd.

Following some questioning about the changes to your condition a brief re-examination is made. This allows the progression of treatment to be assessed objectively and ensures that it is adapted accordingly. During these visits both hands-on treatment is provided as well as advice regarding exercises or lifestyle modifications that will assist in your recovery......

This will entitle the bearer to a Follow Up Treatment during our normal working hours (please note that they can still use this voucher for an out of hours appointment, but they will be required to settle the outstanding amount above the value of the gift voucher).

One Months Exercise Prescriptions

With your clinician also being a qualified and accredited Sport's & Biomedical Scientist, you can rest assured that you are in safe hands when it comes to a safe and effective rehabilitation programme.So, let's say, you have had your initial consultation, your treatment and perhaps a few follow up treatments. But, you are getting a little frustrated that your rehabilitation.....
